Australia’s Biggest Caravan and Camping Supershow is on Again!

Australia’s biggest leisure and tourism expo, the NSW Caravan, Camping, RV and Holiday Expo will be held at Sydney’s Rosehill Racecourse.

For nine days from 30 April to 8 May 2011, visitors can browse over 400 exhibitors displaying all the latest models and makes of caravans, motorhomes, campervans, camper trailers, 5th wheelers, slide-ons, tents and camping equipment, caravan and 4WD accessories, holiday park displays, tourism destinations and much more.

Barry Baillie, CEO of the Caravan and Camping Industry Association of NSW (CCIA) says that during the Caravan and Camping Supershow, Rosehill Racecourse is a traveller’s wonderland where visitors can research, review, book and buy all in the one location.

“The Caravan and Camping Supershow is truly a one-stop-shop with a range of holiday destinations and touring products to browse and buy.”

Each year the Supershow affectively caters for every taste at any budget, displaying and selling everything from a $300,000 motorhome through to a $200 tent. Over 88, 000 visitors flocked to Rosehill Racecourse last year to gear up for the holidays, this is an increase of 13% in visitor numbers on 2009.

“Caravan and Camping is the fastest growing domestic tourism sector in Australia, and has been for the past 12 years, said Mr Barry Baillie.

2011 is tipped to be a strong year for the caravan, camping and RV tourism sector as more Australians turn to value for money holidays, searching for that priceless holiday without the expensive price tag!
