Get a Taste of Sydney this March

The countdown is on to tease your tastebuds with Sydney’s most anticipated pop-up restaurant festival, Taste of Sydney.

Held at the Brazilian Fields in Centennial Parklands from March 8-11th, Taste of Sydney will see the park transformed into an alfresco dining extravaganza, as the four day festival hosts interactive features, events and activities to inspire food and wine gurus and fanatics alike.

Although some old favourites along the likes of Australian Gourmet Traveller Chef’s Table and Australian Gourmet Traveller Taste Kitchen are back, Taste of Sydney is taking a sustainable twist this year, introducing Sustainable Living at Taste.

HSBC VIP Lounge – VIP ticket holders can enjoy the comfort of their own private space in a luxurious air-conditioned enclosure. Guests are invited to mingle with their favourite chefs while being treated to a full schedule of live entertainment and gourmet tastings.

Sustainable pop-up restaurant – New to Taste of Sydney, the pop-up restaurant space will see three different restaurants that use sustainable practices in their cooking serve eco treats to guests.

Sustainable kitchen garden – Being built by Steve Willis and Michelle Margolis, the kitchen garden provides contemporary living solutions by featuring urban composting ideas, a wormery, nutrient cycling and urban permaculture.

The Nespresso Lounge – Centrally located within the Taste Sustainable Living area, The Nespresso Lounge is home to Nespresso Dessert Match which is set to delight the sweet toothed guests. Each participating restaurant within the Sustainable Living area has created a dessert matched to the Nespresso Sustainability Grand Cru – a sustainable coffee blend unique to Nespresso.
